Member Management Portal for Association in Supply Chain Sector
The Problem
The American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) requested our assistance with the development of a custom website for its Peel branch. Services provided included application development, managed web hosting, and change management.
With a growing membership base and increasing website traffic, the APICS Peel Chapter needed to update its website from its generic one-size-fits-all type of solution. An improved customer experience and a data management system were needed.

After gathering the client’s website requirements, we built a simple yet elegant front end for the chapter members and the general public. A more robust front-end was developed for the chapter executives that consisted of the following features:
- Event management
- Member management
- Job Board
- Documents repository
- Access control
- User and board login
We Delivered
Our approach included using a stringent User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure that all requirements were met to the board’s satisfaction. We ensured the project was delivered on time and within budget.
